Year 2015 ended with a blast as contests were participated by our own community residents. From online photo and video contests, to inter-community design competitions, participants and residents have proved how really good it feels to be home in their DMCI Homes community.
To give you a recap of what has happened on the awarding ceremonies, allow us to bring back great memories from this successful event. The awarding was held at Flair Towers last December 15, 2015.
CAPTURE
Capture is a yearly Facebook photo contest that allows residents to capture the beauty of their community and lifestyle through their lenses’ eyes. Now on its third run, Capture introduced two new categories that delighted shutterbugs living in our DMCI Homes communities.
#YOLO Category
The category #YOLO—a term inspired by the famous youth’s mantra “you only live once”—dared participants to capture photos that show how they “seize the day” or make the most out of their days living in a resort-inspired community.

#BOB Caterogy
In Best of Both Worlds category (#BOB), a participants’ eye for architecture and landscape design were tested as the category seeks photos that best display “resort-style living amid the city living.”

ANIMATED CHRISTMAS
When it’s the season to be jolly, it’s the season to deck your DMCI Homes community. Participated yearly by community residents and Property Management Officers, the Lights and Decor Competition for its 5th year brings in an Animated Christmas theme into each DMCI Homes community.
