Life Happens in Acacia: Work-from-Acacia

This October, Acacia Estates residents are invited to share a glimpse of their work-from-home lifestyle through a 3-photo post that captures their daily routine from start to finish.

Show us how you work, recharge, and make time for yourself within Acacia Estates. Through your photos, tell us:

CONTEST MECHANICS

1. Create a 3-photo post showcasing your work-from-home routine within Acacia Estates:

• Photo 1: Before Working

• Photo 2: While Working

• Photo 3: After Working

2. Upload your entry as a Facebook or Instagram post. Make sure your post is set to Public.

3. In your caption, answer the prompt:
   “How does living in Acacia Estates help you balance work and life?”

4. Include the hashtags:
   #LifeHappensInAcacia and #WorkFromAcacia

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

Number of Photos: Exactly 3 photos are required.

Content:

The 3 photos should follow this sequence:

• Photo 1: Before Working
  Show how you prepare for your workday. This could include having breakfast or coffee, preparing your workspace, getting ready for the day, taking a morning walk, or enjoying a quiet moment before work.

• Photo 2: While Working
  Show your actual work-from-home setup or routine. This may include working at home, attending a virtual meeting, taking a quick break, or working in a suitable space within Acacia Estates.

• Photo 3: After Working
  Show how you unwind or spend your time after work. This could include exercising, spending time with family or friends, enjoying Acacia's open spaces, pursuing a hobby, dining, or simply relaxing at home.

Participants are encouraged to showcase authentic moments that reflect their work-life balance and the lifestyle within Acacia Estates.

The photos may feature the participant alone or with family members, friends, pets, or other subjects.

Participants are encouraged to be creative and show what makes working and living in Acacia Estates work for them.

Restrictions:

• Entries containing inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or harmful content will be automatically disqualified.

• Only original photos taken by the participant will be accepted.

• AI-generated or AI-enhanced photos are not allowed.

• Photos must be taken within Acacia Estates.

• All three photos must follow the required Before Working, While Working, and After Working sequence. 

ELIGIBILITY

• This contest is open exclusively to residents of Acacia Estates.

• DMCI Homes employees and their family members up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING

RIGHTS AND USAGE

• DMCI Homes shall have the right to use and reuse, publish and republish the entries, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other materials, in print or digital format, for editorial, commercial, promotional, advertising, and other marketing purposes.

• Participants retain ownership of their original work. By joining the contest, participants grant DMCI Homes permission to use their submitted entries for the purposes stated above.

• Winners may be invited to participate in testimonial stories or featured content to be published on the DMCI Homes website and official social media channels.
