DMCI Communities officially kicks off 2026 by unveiling the first Home Reels theme of the year: “My 2026 Goals.”

This January, residents are invited to join the Home Reels challenge by creating short reels that share their New Year goals and highlight how their home lifestyle supports personal growth and everyday progress. From wellness routines and work-from-home setups to creative hobbies and moments of rest, entries may feature the habits and spaces that help residents move forward with purpose.

The winning entry also gets the chance to win a ₱3,000 e-voucher, making it even more rewarding to share what inspires you this new year.

CONTEST DETAILS:

Theme: My 2026 Goals
Submission of Entries: January 21, 2026 - January 30, 2026
Announcement of January Winner: February 6, 2026

VIDEO REQUIREMENTS:

Total running time: 60-90 seconds
Video orientation: Portrait (9:16 aspect ratio)
Video format: MP4 or MOV
Subject: At least one (1) resident as the main subject should appear in the video.
Location: Filmed within a DMCI Homes community.
Restrictions: Avoid the use of foul language, inappropriate scenes or graphics, as videos containing these elements will be automatically disqualified from the contest.

ELIGIBILITY:

This contest is open to all DMCI Homes residents only.
DMCI Homes employees and their family members up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are not allowed to join the contest.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

Concept and Creativity Uniqueness and originality of the concept. Overall visual impact and aesthetics.	35%
Narrative and Storytelling Use of captions, text overlays or voiceovers to convey the story.	25%
Story Behind the Video Depth and sincerity of the written story submitted with the video. Clear explanation of the inspiration, goals, and message behind the entry.	20%
Entertainment Factor Entertainment value and emotional resonance. Overall enjoyment and fun factor.	10%
Production Quality Video and audio quality, ensuring clear visuals and sound.	10%
TOTAL:	100%

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY

Participants must submit their Home Reels entry by completing the official submission form through the link provided below.

Post your Home Reels video on your Facebook account and make sure the post is set to Public. Use the hashtag #DMCIHomeReels2026, so we can view and include your entry.

Only original content created by the participant will be accepted.
Each resident may submit one (1) entry only for the monthly theme.

RIGHTS AND USAGE

DMCI Homes shall have the right to use and reuse, publish and republish the entries in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with print matter, or in composite form, and in any medium, for editorial, commercial, promotion, and/or trade purposes.
Winners are subject for testimonial stories to be featured in DMCI Homes website and social media accounts.
