Life Happens in Acacia: Family Days in Acacia

This November, Acacia Estates residents are invited to share their favorite family memories and heartwarming moments within the community.

Whether it's a weekend spent at the pool, an afternoon playground visit, a family walk around the township, or simple everyday moments at home, we want to see what makes Acacia Estates a special place for your family.

Through your photos and story, tell us:

CONTEST MECHANICS

Share a heartwarming family photo and story that captures your favorite bonding moments or everyday experiences within Acacia Estates.

Your entry should include:

• Title: Give your story a short and catchy title.

• Story: Share your favorite family memory in Acacia Estates by answering the prompt:
  “What is your favorite family memory in Acacia Estates?”

• Photo/s: Attach at least one original photo that captures the family moment you are sharing.

You may draw inspiration from the following activities:

• Weekend bonding moments with your family

• Playground or swimming pool activities

• Family walks around the township

• Dining or enjoying merienda together

• Celebrations and special occasions at home

• Simple everyday family routines within Acacia Estates

How to Submit Your Entry:

1. Visit the official DMCI Communities website: https://communities.dmcihomes.com/

2. Click the Communities tab and select your community (e.g., Alder Residences).

3. Click Share Your Story.

4. Fill in the required fields:

• Title

• Story

• Attach your photo/s

5. Complete your contact details, then click Send.

6. After submitting your entry on the website, fill out the official contest registration form through this link: https://forms.gle/6LhkaFPW4z6Ed5gW8

Your submission will be received by the DMCI Communities team for review and approval before it is published on the website. Only participants who have submitted their story through the website and completed the contest registration form will qualify for the contest.

Submission Period: Until November 30, 2026
Number of Entries: One submission only per participant.

PHOTO AND STORY REQUIREMENTS

Number of Photos: At least 1 photo is required.

Photo Content:

• Photos must capture genuine family bonding moments or everyday experiences within Acacia Estates.

• Entries may feature parents, children, siblings, grandparents, or other family members.

• Photos may showcase family activities within the community, at home, or in its amenities and open spaces.

• Participants are encouraged to submit photos that reflect the warmth, happiness, and family-oriented lifestyle of Acacia Estates.

Story Content:

• Stories must be original and written by the participant.

• The story should answer the contest prompt: “What is your favorite family memory in Acacia Estates?”

• Participants are encouraged to share personal experiences, memorable moments, and what makes living in Acacia Estates special for their family.

• Stories should be clear, genuine, and appropriate for publication on the DMCI Communities website.

Restrictions:

• Entries containing inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or harmful content will be automatically disqualified.

• Only original photos taken by the participant or their family will be accepted.

• AI-generated or AI-enhanced photos are not allowed.

• Photos and stories must be related to the participant's actual experiences within Acacia Estates.

• Participants must have the consent of all identifiable individuals featured in their submitted photos, especially parents or legal guardians for minors.

• Entries that do not follow the submission guidelines or contain incomplete information may be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY

• This contest is open exclusively to residents of Acacia Estates.

• DMCI Homes employees and their family members up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING

RIGHTS AND USAGE

• DMCI Homes shall have the right to use and reuse, publish and republish the entries, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other materials, in print or digital format, for editorial, commercial, promotional, advertising, and other marketing purposes.

• Participants retain ownership of their original work. By joining the contest, participants grant DMCI Homes permission to use their submitted entries for the purposes stated above.

• Winners may be invited to participate in testimonial stories or featured content to be published on the DMCI Homes website and official social media channels.
