DMCI Communities Photo Contest

Contest Mechanics

• 1. DMCI Homes Communities Photo Contest will run from May 1, 2014 - August 31, 2014.
• 2. The contest is open to all DMCI Homes Communities' Homeowners and/or Residents.
• 3. There will be two (2) contest categories:

  • “Generations”

    Photo/s of resident/s, either with family or friends, taken within a DMCI Homes Community/Project. Photos should depict an interpretation of ‘Generations’, through the years living in a DMCI Homes Community.

  • “Themes and inspiring spaces”

    Photo/s taken by a DMCI Homes resident within a DMCI Homes Community/Project

• 4. Photos taken should be uploaded to communities.dmcihomes.com/photo-uploader/
  • a. Maximum of 3 photos per contestant each month, per category
  • b. Submitted entries should also include the following
  • Homeowners' details:
    • Full Name of Homeowner
    • Project, Building and Unit Number
    • Contact Details
• 5. One (1) monthly winner will be chosen for each category and will get a 3D/2N accommodation at Alta Vista de Boracay with daily breakfasts for two.
• 6. For the Grand Finals, ten (10) finalists will be chosen from ALL entries submitted on each category. Qualified entries for the grand finals will be re-uploaded in the DMCI Homes Facebook Page and the DMCI Communities Gallery. Top three (3) entries on each category, based on the judging criteria, will be awarded as grand prize winners.
  • Grand Winner : Php30,000 cash, plaque of recognition, and a testimonial story feature in local broadsheets
  • First Place : Php20,000 cash, and plaque of recognition
  • Second Place : Php10,000 cash, and plaque of recognition
• 7. Announcement of Photo Contests in DMCI Communities, Web and Social Network Sites will be from April 22 to May 1, 2014.
