As they always say, 'Home is where one starts from'. It is where young couples start a family of their own. It is where a young professional build his/her dreams to explore the real world. It is where the most valuable of friendships starts. To us at DMCI Homes, we make sure that every property we build would have this very spirit of 'home' always attached to it. We believe that we cannot build happy communities without the presence of family, friendship and community spirit. This rings true to all of our properties like one of our newest properties in Pasig City, Levina Place. Last April 18, 2018, they started their first ever Family Day, joined by the now closer community it houses. Here's what happened during this memorable event: Adults playing drums during a parade Parade. The community woke up with the happy sound of a marching band, joined by their neighbors, parading around their community. Different competing families taking an oath before a game Assembly. After the parade, joiners assembled at the community's basketball court to start the program and exciting games. No online game can ever match the excitement of our very own Filipino games. Levina Place kids were introduced old games like Agawan-Panyo, Sangkayaw, Sipa and Patintero, to name a few. They also enjoyed other games like Hula-hoop, Dodgeball and Limbo rock. Man passes a gold-wrapped chocolate to a girl Which were all rewarded accordingly. Congratulations!
