JOIN: DMCI Homes’ Christmas Lights and Décor Competition

How do you make someone feel real good about Christmas? Make ‘em the best Christmas lights and decors!

DMCI Homes challenges you again, our dearest homeowners, to a friendly inter-community Christmas Lights and Décor Competition, entitled “An Animated Christmas”. And yes, a grand prize is definitely in store as we will seek for the most creative, most animated and the best-designed Christmas community this year!

Tis’ the season to be jolly!

Be jolly, be merry as you and your neighbors co-create your very own Animated Christmas Community. By ‘animated’, we mean vibrant Christmas Towns inspired by your favorite animated film or TV Show! Take a look at some inspirations below:

You may want to feature your kid's favorite TV show?

Or a whole town of all your favorite shows?

Maybe some character mascots?

Or feature a whole Disney film complete with costumes!

Whatever you may want your decors to be, make sure to seek help from your friendly neighbors.

Deck the halls with boughs of holly!

Rock around your community Christmas tree as you deck its walls with holly, mistletoes, snowflakes or just about anything you may fancy! Just be sure you’re well-guided with these criteria, and the contest mechanics, of course:

Contest Mechanics:

• This year's theme will be: Animated Christmas – using inspiration from various animated films, cartoons, and shows
• The contest is open to all DMCI Homes communities and its residents.
• Decoration is not limited to the entrance gate only. It may cover the clubhouse, the building façade and lobby areas.
• Lighting and decors should be able to capture the Christmas spirit whatever time of the day.

A cash prize up to Php 50,000 will be given to the winning community! You read it right --Fifty-thousand-pesos. So call all your neighbors, and get the whole crowd conceptualizing and collaborating for the best animated Christmas Community!
