This health month, DMCI Homes, in cooperation with Commcare Clinic encourages all homeowners to avail of our Free Health Card. This card entitles the bearer with free and unlimited check-up consultations and laboratory discounts at the Commcare Clinic, Town Center Acacia Estates branch.
To avail, get your membership form at your designated PMO office, Mondays to Fridays. Registration and application will be available up until August 31, 2015 only.
Our free Health Card will be valid within 4 months of use, and will expire on December 31, 2015. There will only be 40 slots available per project, so hurry and avail of this limited offer now!
