Celebrating our two-year anniversary at Brixton Place signifies a meaningful milestone in our lives. It’s more than just a place we reside in; it has evolved into an important and vibrant part of our daily life. Living here as domestic partners holds special meaning, as Brixton Place embraces inclusivity and celebrates diversity as integral parts of its DNA. This commitment isn’t just a slogan; it’s a lived experience that has strongly shaped our time here. We felt this firsthand when the PMO entrusted us with leading the Community Safety Guidelines Committee, a responsibility that highlighted their trust in our leadership and their dedication to fostering resident engagement sand safety.

What truly distinguishes Brixton Place for us is its authentic sense of community. It’s not merely a collection of homes but a neighborhood where neighbors support one another like family. Whether it’s maintaining peace, promptly addressing concerns, checking the situations in our wing, or organizing community events, there’s a collective effort to ensure every resident feels valued and heard. Whether you’re new to the community, a long-time resident, renting a unit, a visitor, or sharing your space with pets, there’s a shared commitment to creating a welcoming and harmonious environment.
When we share our experiences of Brixton Place with friends and family, we can’t help but emphasize its distinctiveness among condominium communities. The warmth and dedication of the residents, coupled with the professionalism of the PMO and support teams like maintenance and security, laundry team, convenience store team, facilities team, and more, they create an atmosphere where everyone feels genuinely at home. Every interaction, whether it’s a casual chat in passing or participating in community activities such as Bazaar, Pasig-initiated events with Brixton Place, etc. reinforces the strong sense of belonging that defines life here.
Our journey at Brixton Place has been enriched by countless memorable moments and meaningful connections. Whether it’s volunteering for community reporting, enjoying social gatherings on the rooftop terrace, or simply exchanging friendly greetings with neighbors, each day brings opportunities to strengthen bonds and cultivate lasting friendships. It’s a place where people come together to celebrate achievements, support each other during challenges, and create enduring memories.
Brixton Place stands out as a haven for relaxation, particularly notable as DMCI’s first resort-style project. The constant gentle breeze here adds a natural touch that enhances the atmosphere, making it a truly peaceful retreat and there’s no need to go to far-off places to experience it. Also, Home Ease has been absolutely fantastic in making our move-in experience smooth and enjoyable! The challenges of settling into a new place were quite exhausting, tell us about – we know! and to this day, we continue to rely on Home Ease for the peace of mind it brings us.

The photos we’ve captured at Brixton Place are souvenirs of cherished moments. They remind us of leisurely Sunday night swims and the joy of connecting with fellow residents who share our appreciation for relaxation. It’s a delight to have such refreshing activities at our doorstep, allowing us to enjoy the water without traveling far—a swim close to home. In the next set of photos, you’ll see us enjoying Bingo night at Brixton Place, where we were fortunate to win an appliance—an act of generosity from the PMO that added to the fun-filled evening of laughter and camaraderie.
Christmas at Brixton Place has always been a special time for us, especially admiring the beautifully decorated trees each year. It has become a tradition to stand beside them, basking in their festive charm, and our friends who visit are equally captivated by their twinkles.
The roof deck is always a delight for us to visit, and it remains one of our favorite amenities! Each time we go to this open space, we are filled with a sense of thrill and contentment. It always humbles us and serves as a reminder that “This is truly our life now!”
The pets at Brixton Place, particularly the cats, hold a special place in our hearts—we find great joy in petting them! Even our friends’ dogs seem genuinely content whenever they visit here.

The New Year celebrations at both the balcony, roofdeck and atrium of Brixton Place were truly highlights of our time here—filled with joy, laughter, and lasting memories. Gathering with friends and neighbors in these spaces brought a warmth and sense of community spirit that made each celebration unforgettable. From watching fireworks to sharing heartfelt wishes for the year ahead, these moments have become cherished chapters in our Brixton Place story, reminding us of the bonds we’ve formed and the happiness we’ve shared together.
Having my third book, “VERGE,” delivered at Brixton Place in 2023 was an incredibly memorable event. It marked a significant milestone in my writing journey and added a special chapter to my life within this community. The excitement of receiving and sharing my work with neighbors and friends here added a deeper layer of bliss to the occasion. It’s moments like these that make living at Brixton Place so enriching and fulfilling, where personal achievements are celebrated amidst the warmth and support of a close-knit community.
Reflecting on the past two years, we feel incredibly fortunate to have found a place that not only meets our practical needs but also enriches our lives in profound ways. Brixton Place isn’t just a place to live; it’s a community where we’ve grown personally and socially. It’s where we’ve learned the value of collaboration and the importance of community spirit.
