“ During my elementary days in the 80's, my father who was a part time agent would always bring me with him to their office located in a mixed residential & commercial condominium building.  I would always wander by the poolside and watched longingly at the residents frolicking in their very own condominium swimming pool.  I would always wish to be with them and join them.  There was even a time when I devised a plan to 'accidentally' slip just so I would end up in the pool; I never had the courage to do it though. And so sometime during those numerous times that I would be there, a childhood dream that would shape me was born... I promised myself that someday, I would live in a condominium with its own pool and swim whenever I want, how long I want. “

“ During our first few months, my family was always having weekend bonding activities in the pool area.  On some weekends, we were even joined by friends and relatives.  Our cousins often beg their parents to stay longer because they also love our playground, clubhouse and swimming pools.  Our older relatives would always say that I improved my swimming skills and I owe this to my frequent visit, play and sometimes practice in the pool.  I was even one of those representatives of Cedar Crest in the swimming competition joined by all DMCI projects held at Riverfront Residences a few years ago.  It was really fun!  But I would always hear my Mom sharing to friends that I became healthier with my swimming and other outdoor activities so seldom having cough and colds.  I somewhat agree with my Mom because from the time we transferred to Cedar, my younger brother and I were never hospitalized.  “

“ Well, we are planning to lease this house to some people and to let them experience what we experienced while I go for some time to study in Laguna.
